It’s been almost three decades since I graduated from Fashion School, and while so many things have changed since, the constant has been my passion for envisioning, designing, and making clothes to make women look and feel their best. This passion started when I was just a little girl in Brazil and would look through Fashion Magazines with my mom and go to a seamstress to make our vision come to life.

Many of you have followed my husband and mine journey praying for a family for years and watched those prayers being answered when we adopted Cadence, Emma, and Cole. Our entire lives turned upside down and our children have become the focal point of our lives.

Today, our middle child Emma Grace turns 8 years old. She is our youngest daughter and my husband insists she is very much like me. He talks about our determination and independence, not his words exactly, but I prefer to dwell on our shared love of fashion, hard work, and an entrepreneurial spirt.

I am always searching for fun, comfortable and beautiful styles that complement my Blessed Bodywear designs, and can turn tights into everyday wear. Over time, it has become something that Emma and I enjoy doing together, similar to what my mom and I did when I was a child. The goodness of God.
