This coin was released to commemorate ANZAC DAY in Australia in 2021. With a fold-out stand, it allows the coin to be displayed upright alongside past and future releases.

Anzac Day falls on the 25 April each year, the day Australian and New Zealand troops landed on the Gallipoli peninsula in 1915. Since 1916, it has been dedicated to commemorative activities honouring the courage and sacrifice of the first ANZACs during World War I and all succeeding Defence Force personnel who have served in times of war and other operations.

A complete set, this collection comprises the five different dates (2014-18) of the WWI Centenary Spirit Lives type - headlined by the scarce, low-mintage 2015 and 2016 issues! With the mintages of the 2015 and 2016 issues 1.3m and 2.09m respectively, this set is tough to put together now, and will be all but impossible to do so in the future.

The Lest We Forget stamp and medallion cover is a very limited collectable, featuring a pictorial envelope with the $1.10 Laurel wreath stamp from the Lest We Forget stamp issue and related medallion. The stamp is postmarked - First day of issue | 13 April 2021 | Canberra ACT 2601

With the artwork on this coin inspired by the Australian poem 'In Flanders Fields'  a poem written by Lieutenant Colonel John McCrae. The striking orange glow seen on this Australian two dollar coin, represents the Sunset glow whilst Lark Birds Fly above head at Flanders Fields that fated day.
